After you enter the details about your home in your listing, the information is used to calculate a book value that is emailed directly to you.

Once you complete your listing, it will immediately be online and ready for buyers on MHVillage. In some cases, it may take up to an hour for your listing to appear to the public online.

You can log in anytime to see how many people are shopping for homes in your area and viewing your home. Your account will also track buyer emails and allow you to add special features like open house promotions.
